Sunday February 6th
Field trip to Wildfowl & Wetland Trust Reserve at Welney. Meet Swaffham Market Place to
depart at 2pm Leaders Ray Gribble/Josh Leeder. Admission charge to reserve.
Thursday February 17th
Indoor. “The changing fortunes of Norfolk’s birds”. Speaker Moss Taylor (EDP columnist)
Saturday March 5th
Field trip to NW Norfolk. Leader Alwyn Jackson.

Dawn Chorus at Sparham Pools NR, starting at 4.15am.

Indoor. “Birds from around the world”. Speaker Mike Linley. Plus short presentation about Nightjars by committee members.

Field trip to Raptor Watchpoint near Great Ryburgh. Leader Charles Neale.

Bird Race starting anytime after 7pm Saturday and finishing 7pm on Sunday at a PH to be arranged.

All indoor meetings are held at Lenwade Village Hall starting at 7.30pm.
You will be notified of the meeting points and departure times well in advance of the outdoor trips.
The Society has pairs of binoculars available for loan (free of charge) for use during our outdoor meetings. Please contact the Leader if you require a pair.
