Wild About the Wensum Conservation Fair

A date for your diary.

Saturday 19th May the Society will be participating in the Wild About the Wensum Conservation Fair at Pensthorpe (by kind permission of Bill Jordan, Chairman Jordan Cereals) 10am – 5pm. Admission is free. This is a chance to learn more about our wonderful valley, its wildlife and people who derive a living from it. Professor David Bellamy OBE, Chairman of the Pensthorpe Conservation Trust will be attending and giving his support for the day.

The WVBS will have a display & activities on the day and would appreciate any volunteers who are able to spare an hour on the day to man our stand. Let Alwyn Jackson know if you are willing to help on 01362-637752.

Do you have any photos of our activities or of the valley habitats that could be used in our display? If so please contact Alwyn.
