The AGM of the Wensum Valley Birdwatching Society is to be held at 7.30pm on Thursday 19th^th April 2007 at Weston Longville Village Hall.

We need to elect committee members and officers to carry the Society forward over the next twelve months.

If you wish the Society to develop then it is vitally important that we have nominations now.

Attached is a Nomination Form for your use. Please do everything you can to put forward willing nominees.

You can make any number of nominations, but please remember that you MUST ask your nominees if they are willing to stand before you nominate them. Officers and Committee members will need to be nominated by at least two of the membership (the equivalent of a proposer and a seconder). If we are over subscribed then a ballot will result. Should we be undersubscribed the new committee will have the right to co-opt committee members up to a maximum of ten.
