Hawk and Owl Trust: Peregrine Trailer Appeal

I am the urban peregrine project officer for the Hawk and Owl Trust. As a local NGO in close proximity to your bird group I was wondering if we could request some support.
We are currently bidding to win funding from the Aviva community fund for an education trailer. The funding is awarded based on a voting system and only projects with the most funding will go through to the finals.
I was wondering if it is possible could you send out a group email to ask for votes from your group? Voting is free and each person gets 10 votes.
Here is a bit more information:
Local organisation Hawk and Owl Trust in Norfolk needs your support to secure vital funding for the Urban Peregrine Project Education Trailer: a mobile, interactive, educational, learning experience that will be used across Norfolk to bring people together to learn about and enjoy wild birds of prey including Peregrines and their habitats. Fully equipped with a wheelchair ramp. The interior equipped with the latest technology will include a big screen, live streaming nest camera activity of nesting Peregrines and other birds of prey. An interactive display of fun educational resources will be available inside for people to use and engage with.the Trust is calling for the support of the local community to help win funding as part of the Aviva Community Fund 2017.
The Hawk and Owl Trust is relying on votes to increase their chances of winning funding of up to £25,000 which they hope the educational trailer will benefit a wide array of people from children to adults being mobile it will help educate the local community of Norwich as well as the whole of Norfolk. The trailer will be taken into urban areas connecting people that may not have the opportunity or inclination to visit the countryside with wildlife. During the peregrine breeding season, the trailer will be located at Norwich Cathedral outside of this period it will be taken into schools and local charity events. Only projects with the most votes will become finalists, so additional support is vital.
Zoe Smith the Urban Peregrine Project Officer from Hawk and Owl Trust says: ‘’The educational trailer would be an excellent tool in bringing people together, to offer everybody, regardless of their religion, gender, abilities or background, a place to enjoy, interact and learn about wild birds of prey’’
The education trailer would be ready and put into use by the 2018 season.
